Guarantee Trust Corporate Support Services (GTCSS) was originally formed as a unique company that was solely focused on delivering Work-Readiness/Bridging Programs. These programs give applicants real work experience in a simulated environment and access into employment.

Since then we have also applied our experience and training methodology to private and public sector training in the Skills Development field.

Since 2003 we have selected, trained, placed into employment and monitored over 5000 unemployed commerce graduates into both the accounting and banking professions.

Current Work-Readiness Program:

  • Bonani Work-Readiness Program
  • Virtual Bank Work-Readiness Program

  • This is a Work-Readiness Program for trainee accountants. Trainees who have completed a three-year degree or diploma with Accounts 3, from various universities and universities of technology qualify for this program. Funded by Fasset. Read more

  • We have a Post-Graduate and Post-Matric Program. These are Work-Readiness Programs for trainee bankers. Post-Graduate for trainees who have completed a three-year tertiary qualification with majors such as banking, financial accounting, economics, business economics, financial management, or similar qualify for this program.
