Guarantee Trust Corporate Support Services (GTCSS) was formed as a unique company that is solely focused on delivering Work-Readiness Programs that give applicants real work experience in a simulated environment.

Since 2003 we have selected, trained, placed into employment and monitored over 3000 unemployed commerce graduates into both the accounting and banking professions.

Current Work-Readiness Program:

  • Bonani Work-Readiness Program
  • Virtual Bank Work-Readiness Program
  • This is a Work-Readiness Program for trainee accountants. Trainees who have completed a three-year degree or diploma with Accounts 3, from various universities and universities of technology qualify for this program. Funded by Fasset. Read more.

    This is a Work-Readiness Program for trainee bankers. Trainees who have completed a three-year tertiary qualification with majors such as banking, financial accounting, economics, business economics, financial management, or similar, from various universities and universities of technology qualify for this program.
