In summary, all our programs have two components:

• Soft skills incorporating life skills
• Technical skills incorporating Virtual Office

The 2007 program was extended by the Department of Labour to facilitate the Virtual Office, a Workplace Simulation program and a first in the world. The Virtual Office program is designed to make our trainees employable in the accounting sector.

We are currently running 2 Fasset-sponsored Work-Readiness Programs

Bonani:
Trainees who have completed a three-year degree or diploma with Accounts 3, from various universities and universities of technology qualify for this program

Phakamani:
Trainees who have completed Matric with accounting or have an incomplete degree or diploma with Accounts qualify for this program
